Well, as of right now, this is the stuff I'm going to watch (or at least give a try):
Allison & Lillia: Light novels are by the guy who wrote Kino no Tabi, there will be adventure, planes, romance, etc. Sounds like exactly the kind of thing I'd be into, and yet...somehow, I'm not feeling any hype. Well, I already know that there will be a timeskip halfway through the show, so maybe that will be exciting.
Toshokan Sensou: Librarians fighting against censorship or something. Again, sounds awesome, but I'm still not feeling excited. Is there even a preview for this out yet? ...Oh hey, Inoue Marina is playing the lead character. :D
Kaiba: This...could...be...interesting...? Actually, I have no idea. I'm gonna wait to hear what other people have to say about it.
Kyou Kara Maou Season 3: Do I need to see the OVAs to know what's going on in this? Because I still haven't watched them. And thus I have no idea what this season is going to be about. Is it going to follow the novels...?
Of course, there's also Chi's Sweet Home, but other than being adorable, it doesn't have much to excite me. And since the episodes are so short, I'm gonna lose track of them sooner or later, in which case I'd rather just read the manga. *sigh* I wish KyoAni would just hurry up and make Haruhi Season 2.
EDIT: Oh man, I'm listening to "HOWLING" now and remembering how excited I was last year just with Darker than BLACK. This is really sad. :(
