Ashita he

I haven't been to the theater is SO long! Nor have I watched any TV! And I haven't even touched my Entertainment Weekly magazines so I am incredibly out of touch with American pop culture! OH NOES!
And now mom and I are talking about watching a movie tonight, and I go look online and here's what I want to see:

Phantom of the Opera (Briana's been talking a lot about this one)

Return to Neverland (she also recommended this one; and Johnny Depp omg!)

The Aviator (...meh. Not a Leo fan, but I heard it was good, so maybe)

Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events (never did get to read the books, but I was SO looking forward to this one!)

National Treasure (maybe)

And normally I love Pixar films, and I've been hearing tons of good stuff about it, but the story of The Incredibles just doesn't sound all that appealing to me. :/ Maybe I'll rent it someday.

A Series of Unfortunate Events

Boy, what a movie to watch on Christmas Eve. XD The theater was practically deserted of course, and surprisingly the traffic wasn't that bad.

The story is so cruel. ;___; More than often I kept thinking to myself, 'oh god, things just can't get any worse than this,' but as Mr. Lemony Snicket says, then it did.
But it was still very enjoyable. Or should I say morbidly fascinating. I gasped several times, and screamed once. ^^; And I only do that at horror movies! Pretty soon I was wishing for a happy end, because damn, those poor kids needed one. And, well...I don't want to give it away, but I came out satisfied. ^_^

And this only covers three of the books? I want to read the rest now! :O
